Damaged or defective prints

If your print arrives damaged or there's a production issue, we'll replace it at no cost to you. Email us at hello@apalmshop.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the packaging and the print, along with your order number, and we'll take care of it right away.

Change of mind

Every print is made to order just for you, so all sales are final. We encourage you to read each personality description carefully and look closely at the images before purchasing. If you're unsure about anything, just reach out; we're happy to help before you buy.

Wrong size ordered

If you ordered the wrong size, contact us at hello@apalmshop.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best to make the change before it goes into production. Once production has started, we're unable to modify orders

Lost packages

If your tracking shows delivered but your order hasn't arrived, please email us at hello@apalmshop.com with your order number within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll investigate with the carrier. Please note that once a package is confirmed as delivered, we're not able to issue replacements — but we'll always do what we can to help you sort it out.
